1 May 2016 @ 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Root 66 logo

Root 66 logoHoly City’s Biblical blethers on the hoof move into May, with Jo Love as guide, walking another intriguing route and conversing about a the one and only biblical character, Job …

What do you make of the tale of Job? Is God mean? Is suffering ever sent or wished on a person? Have you ever encountered a Job’s Comforter, or worse, been called one! Why do we need this story? What would the Bible be without Job?

We’ll walk and talk these thoughts along the Greenock Cut trail.

Sunday 1st May, 2.30pm. Rendezvous points – pickup Drumfrochar Station 2.23pm (train leaves Glasgow Central 1.50pm) or Greenock Cut Visitor Centre, Loch Thom, PA16 9LX, approx 2.30pm. 4 people can be picked up by car at Drumfrochar, more if need be.

We can choose a walk length – there’s a great 7 mile circuit over easy terrain, or shorter as we choose. The cafes may not be open late, flasks will be brought or bring your own!
