Life, Death and Politics: the Role of Religious Imagination

30 October 2019 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Rutland Theological Society talk with John L. Bell.
For some people, the imagination is a Pandora’s Box leading with equal ease to darkness and light. John regards it as a gift of God and an essential for faith, and pleas for its higher profile in religious and political discourse.

The aim of the Society is to provide an inter-denominational forum, with a stimulating programme of topics and speakers, where current and theological ideas are shared. The Society does not promote any particular school of thought, but is open to the whole range of theological opinions and seeks to promote knowledge, understanding and debate.
