Experience body\, mind\, soul and nature in new and (re-)connecting ways.  \nThe impressive and sacred nature of the isle of Iona and the joy of community will help you to explore new concepts of body\, mind\, soul and nature. We will be dialoguing with what surrounds us and what is already deep within us\, waiting to be freed.   Decolonising your faith will open new spaces for rewriting your own story. We will use field-tested methods of embodiment\, meditation and deep ecology. During your time at Iona Abbey\, you will be part of a community of practice. We hope you will take home new approaches which will help you to engage in your local communities and deepen your own spirituality in and with creation.  \nNote this programme will run alongside Time and Space 3 or 6 nights – Iona Community \nProgramme leader \nArnd Corts is an industrial engineer and existential analyst\, TaiJi and QiGong teacher. He graduated in eco ministry and as a wild guide (seminary of the wild).
