DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]Four sessions on Wednesdays before and during Advent: 27th November\, 4th December\, 11th December and 18th December. \nWhat does waiting and hope feel like in the body? \nWhat gifts are received when we include our bodies in our spiritual practices or rituals? \nGather with us during this Advent season to explore body-based practices for resilience and responsiveness. \nWe’ll explore slow movement and breath work on the themes of waiting and hoping.
