Covid 19 updates

The Iona Community is a dispersed Christian ecumenical community working for peace and social justice, rebuilding of community and the renewal of worship. You can find out more about our history, concerns and principles by following the links at the top of the page. For updates on information about visiting our centres during the Covid 19 restrictions click the ‘visiting us’ button above.

Last weekend, with Members, Associates and friends of the Community from around the globe, we welcomed our new Leader – Ruth Harvey, our new Transition Manager – Caro Penney, and eight new Members of the Community. We also gave thanks for, and said farewell to outgoing Leaders Kathy Galloway and Christian MacLean. You can view the complete service below.

The service included ‘We Will Meet’ – a new song with words by Hans-Olav Mørk and John Bell and music by John.  Please note that the copyright information on this as now been updated.  A new video of the song can be seen here and a corrected copy of the text and music can be downloaded below.  If you have the previous version of either we would be very grateful if you would delete this and replace with the  updated version.  Thank you.
