On behalf of the Iona Community, I want to thank you most sincerely for your generous donation towards our work.

The Iona Community, both on Iona and elsewhere, motivates and inspires people of all ages, from different countries, different backgrounds and different cultures to learn more about their lives meaning and purpose in the company of others

Your support will help us to continue this vital work – thank you.

I have asked my PA, Sim Sharp, to add you to our contact database so that we can send you occasional updates on our work. If you don’t wish to receive these please email [email protected] There is always the chance to opt out with each of our (fairly infrequent) mailings.

Best Wishes

Peter MacDonald

My wife and I we made this donation for the youth work of the Iona Community because we would like to share our happyness: we’ve got married at April 13, 2013 and a member of the Iona Community joined our wedding together with many outher relatives and friends.
We will share the work week on Iona in October 2013 🙂
Many greetings and blessings, Larissa and Stephan Arras

My husband and I have made this donation in memory of our dear friend Ann Kulp . She was a true inspiration to us. She had visited Iona on a number of occasions , loved the place and identified with the aims of the community.

Spoke to a girl called lindsay (brown hair glasses harold and Maude t shirt) she really spoke with passion about your work.

Perhaps one day I could volunteer…?

God Bless you all and grant you things beyond your wildest dreams. x

We made a donation to support the Island Access Fund in honor of the 72nd birthday of my mother. She visited Iona and had a wonderful experience. My hope is that this will help in some small measure to facilitate such an experience for someone else.

I was distressed to read in the Guardian that you are critically short of funds. Whilst attending a retreat on Iona some time ago I visited the community on several occasions and found the atmosphere wonderfully calming and inspiring. I am also aware of the wonderful musical contribution that you make to modern Christian worship.

The community, both the physical site and the people, have been instrumental in my own faith journey. I am glad to donate so that others will have the same opportunity to experience this thin place
