NORTH EAST ENGLAND

Our region covers Northumbria down to Yorkshire, and we have 3 Family Groups – Northumbria, and 2 in Yorkshire. We have an active Associate Members Group. There are 26 Members and 103 Associate Members in the Region.

HOW WE WORK IN THIS REGION

Associate Members meet online on Zoom on the third Tuesday of every month. Associate Members meet in person around the third Saturday in February, the closest Saturday to St Columba’s Day in June, and around the third Saturday in October.

Yorkshire 1 Family Group meets on the second Saturday of each month via Zoom (pre-Covid we met in each other’s houses). Yorkshire 3 Family Group meets reguluarly. (We don’t have a Yorkshire 2 FG – a result of our quirky development!) The Northumbria Family Group meets on Thursday afternoons, online one month and onsite in Killingworth the other month.
