Coming back to our senses

Join Kathy Galloway and the Camas team to explore what it means to ‘Come Back to Our Senses’ in relationship with our environment and our approach to the climate crisis. Exploring through creativity, nature connection and reflection, this week will offer a deep dive into environmental activism, from the personal and sensory to the communal.

This week at Camas, we begin where we are, exploring themes of community, creativity and celebration. Kathy and the team will be guiding you through practices to reestablish sensory connection and awareness of the natural environment. We will also be working together to identify and explore a more sense-based approach to environmental action and sustainability. CC

A week at Camas includes:

Nature Connection: Immerse yourself in the stunning natural beauty of the Isle of Mull by walking down the track to Camas and waking up right on the shore of beautiful Camas bay each morning.

Adventure Activities: Dive into exhilarating outdoor activities including kayaking, abseiling, coasteering, wild camping and hiking.

Fireside Gatherings: Evenings filled with storytelling, games, music, and laughter, fostering bonds and creating lasting memories.

Stargazing: Lose yourself in the beauty of the night sky on the Camas lawn, offering a chance for reflection and perspective.

Building relationships: Share insights and ideas, participate in activities and share in community life at Camas as we cook, clean and work together.
