Do you need some time to think and not think? Do you wonder how you might practice stillness before God?
During the Stillness in Community Weeks, each guest will have their own room, offering a peaceful space for personal reflection and quiet contemplation.
Our Stillness Weeks do not include programmed sessions.
But you‘ll have the opportunity to:Â
- enjoy the wild and rugged sceneryÂ
- enjoy creative art opportunitiesÂ
- take part in daily worshipÂ
- work with other guests on shared tasksÂ
- share tasty meals from the Iona Abbey KitchenÂ
 This is not a completely silent week, but a time for stillness and reflection.Â
