Our Time and Space weeks offer just enough structure for reflection in community while also giving plenty of space to pause and explore the wild and rugged scenery of the island.

You’ll have the opportunity to join in guided reflections, small group conversations and our weekly pilgrimage, but most importantly, you can take a deep breath and settle into our rhythm of work, rest and worship.

Spend time with other guests working on shared tasks, join in the worship at the Abbey Church, and enjoy fantastic meals from the Iona Abbey Kitchen, shared at communal tables in the refectory.
