Role
I’m responsible for the management of the Community’s properties on the Islands, both on Iona and at Camas on the Isle of Mull. This includes organising and supporting the maintenance staff and volunteers, and ensuring that the buildings are in the best condition to deal with the west coast weather!
Biography
Before my role as the Islands Estate Manager, I moved to Mull in February 2020 to take up the position as Camas Coordinator for 4 years. Before becoming the Camas Coordinator I was a Youth and Community Project Manager with Cre8 Macclesfield, running a community music studio and bike workshop for disadvantaged young people. I’m passionate about giving people opportunities and space to grow, community living and embracing difference.
What makes me laugh out loud are friendly jibes and social satire.
