Born and raised in Chetek, Wisconsin, USA as the youngest of seven children, I spent 33 years as a music teacher before embarking on this exciting new chapter. Along the way, I spent time living in Colorado, river rafting, mountain climbing, and camping, and even had the thrill of singing the US National Anthem at a Green Bay Packers game.
Music, community, and connection have always been at the heart of everything I do! While I’ll greatly miss my beloved cat, Jude, back home, I’m thrilled to bring my passion for song, gathering, and shared worship to the Iona Community.
What moves me at my deepest level is being able to utilize my time and talent to bring out the joy and song in people.
